The story behind the blog:
Summer 2009 came to an end and I wasn’t going to University like everyone else I knew. Like everyone else thought I should. With no plan to really fall back on working became something that just seemed to happen round the clock, all the time. Dreams from previous years to travel to Australia with a best friend seemed to start to form into a reality. Here are the travel entries from the last two years as well as all the goings on back home in London and finally ending up in Leeds. The reasons why we didn’t really end up in Australia and how South East Asia became the new home and life we dreamed of in our hearts…Like most other backpacker I ever seem to stumble across.
